New for 2025, the Connection Zone is a dedicated area in the exhibit hall where you can meet with fellow attendees or just take a quick break from your busy Symposium agenda. You’ll find comfortable seating, charging stations, fun photo opportunities and more!

Opening Reception

Thursday, February 20 | 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM | Exhibit Hall – Connection Zone

After the first day of conference sessions, attendees are invited to join the Opening Reception and celebrate the 20th anniversary of the Integrative Healthcare Symposium. Reunite with friends, make new connections and celebrate another year of industry progress and innovation. Plus, enjoy refreshing drinks and healthy appetizers at the open bar.

Guided Walk in Central Park

Friday, February 21 | 7:00 AM | Meet in the Hilton Midtown lobby at 6:50 AM

Join #IHSNY25 Event Director Christina Henderson for a guided walk! Grab a friend or make a new connection and start your morning on the right foot with fresh air and beautiful city views. Christina – who lived in the city for more than 10 years – will plan a roughly 30-minute walk.

Connection Happy Hour

Friday, February 21 | 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM | Exhibit Hall – Connection Zone

We’re bringing back the Friday night happy hour for the second year! Join us after the second day of conference sessions for a prosecco toast and some fun, guided networking. You’ll also have the chance to check out live recordings of the Integrative Practitioner Podcast during this time.

Sound Therapy Class

Saturday, February 22 | 11:15 AM – 12:30 PM | Located in Regent

Back by popular demand, join Ben Brown, LMT for an immersive deep listening experience using the transformative power of sound to encourage a relaxing, meditative state. Attendees will find a comfortable position to actively listen and contemplate sounds generated through metal or crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums and other instruments.

Immervise Yoga Experience For All

Saturday, February 22 | 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM | Located in Regent

During this relaxing class–open to all levels–you’ll explore accessible, low-impact movements, breathwork and guided meditation and leave feeling refreshed and grounded. Any attire is acceptable for this class; workout clothes are not required to participate. This grounding class will be led by Mitch Hipp, E-RYT500, YACEP of SONICYOGA, which has served the local New York community for 23 years.

Integrative Practitioner Podcast Booth

Thursday – Saturday, February 20 – 22 | Exhibit Hall – Connection Zone

Tune in to live conversations with the Integrative Practitioner podcast and featured #IHSNY25 guests. Podcast recordings will take place in the exhibit hall, with plenty of seating for anyone who wishes to stop by and hear what guests have to say. Audience members will have the opportunity to ask questions in real time.
